In Otliv's northern end, one will find a beach with pitch black sands made of finely weathered basalt. While the terrain is rough, and the waters are choppy, the area is still good for scavenging, as dead animals often wash ashore from the ocean's depths.

This coniferous forest isn't as warm and welcoming as Otliv's other major forest, as it sees mostly cold nights and light to heavy rainfall. Fog often creeps through the trees in the morning, too, making it a somewhat eerie place.

This lush deciduous forest rests between the western mountain chain and the flat landscape of the plains. Benefiting from a much more moderate climate than Heltva Forest, this place sees a wider diversity in animal and plant species.

Located on a plateau, this stretch of moorland features sparse pockets of trees and large peat bogs, making it more of a marshland than a dry and grassy plain. Prey is decent here, although the standing freshwater becomes a source for mosquitoes and disease during the muggiest days of summer.

This place is a vast expanse of flat land overtaken by wild fauna such as tall grass and dense heather. Trees are rare here, but prey isn't, making it a popular place to hunt down big game such as elk or moose.

Carved over the course of centuries by a long and powerful river, this valley offers a source of freshwater and small prey animals to the wolves who may choose to pass through it. The eastern and western mountain chains of Otliv border it on either side. One can access this place through a pass that connects the basin to Avana Hills.
